Artificial Intelligence (AI)
We utilize AI technology provided by our service provider, Cognigy.
AI technology is utilized to direct customer questions related to parts, warranty, order status, and inventory information.
The following personal information will be collected: information you voluntarily provide in the chat interface, including serial numbers, customer number, and order number or status.
Our service provider does not use your personal information to train their own AI models.
